By accessing or using RestorePhoto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RestorePhoto provides an AI-powered photo restoration service that allows users to upload damaged, old, or blurry photos and receive restored versions using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology
• Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the restoration service. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

The Service itself, including our AI models, software, design, and content, is owned by RestorePhoto and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
